Header Logo Different Views - Firefox - IE

Hi All
I'm realativily new to Geeklog and have managed to get all working and all set up with a few plugins that work just awesomely. Having hassles getting the header logo to look the same in both Firefox, and IE but struggling a bit.
In Firefox the header logo (apart from being a bit grainy, which I will fix) is just how I want it. But in IE it has a grey background.
Any help would be appreciated, the temp url is: www.noexceptionfees.com/cms

It is due to how the PNG logo was saved. See this other topic for more info:
