navbar issue

I can't find the code that would make my navbar become 70% instead of the full 100%. Im trying to turn the professional theme into a custom one and this is an issue I am having. I'm fairly new to geeklog but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. You can see it at www.ciabananas.com.
