Recover a deleted user?

In the process of saving new user settings, I accidentally deleted one of my website's users. Is there a way to bring her back?? please help, as I made a very very very very stupid mistake :banghead:

If you used the delete user from the admin->users page, then all records including content the user created has been deleted. You will have to recover from a backup.

thanks for the quick reply. I didn't back up between the times when teh user registered and when i deleted the user. I hope that person wasnt scared away... oh well, thanks for the help as always
