Hi all,

For some reason, when the forum (v2.6RC4) sends out an email notification, it displays the username =MF=Geiss as %3DMF%3DGeiss. It seems to be happening in just the notification email, and in the Forum Admin menu under the Messages tab, where it lists all the Authors. When I am viewing the forum, it renders the name fine in the post Author links and what not.

On another site, I am running forum v2.2, and the notification emails do not have this issue.

Any ideas?
