Forum Mouseovers
I'm just setting up my first Geeklog site. Used other CMS's but trying out GL now.
I installed the latest Forum plugin on the latest version of GL. I'm also using the Professional theme. I believe I followed the Forum instructions carefully.
I assume that the forum here is the same forum with default theme. Yet, this is so different than mine.
Can someone tell me how to get the mouseover content to show up as mouseovers instead of as flat html? You can see on the forums and on the main page center block, it looks awful:

http://puppymillwatch.com/index.php
Thanks!

You need to update your CSS file in the default theme's root directory...add the forum css info to your main css file. All aspects of the look and feel of most of the themes are now controlled by the main css file.

Thanks for the fast response. Though the instructions do not say to add the forum css to the main css, I saw people talking about that here and did it. Sadly, it had no effect. Are there two different versions of the forum? One with mouseovers and one without?
I don't know what's wrong, but the formating on my forums is not quite right:

It all depends on what version of GL you're using, what version of the forum you're using. If you have forum 2.6 RC3 and have gl 1.4.1 then use the 'forum.css' that comes with the forum. Add it to the end of your style.css. If you're using anything other than gl 1.4.1, then use the 'pre1.4.1_forum.css' version of the forum css.
At least thats how I understand it...

Ah, sheer genius! I thought I had the latest GL 1.4.1 but turns out I didn't. Once I added the pre-1.4.1 forum css to the style.css, everything worked out normally. . .
Thanks.
