This is what I get on my index but the back end seems to work..

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: com_getlangsql() in /mnt/webhosting/sites/u/ughq.com/iwgl/plugins/staticpages/functions.inc on line 488


Any ideas how to fix this?

Nevermind, I figured it out.

im having the same problem how did you fix it?

COM_getLangSql() is a new function in 1.4.1, so my guess would be that you didn't update the lib-common.php (which contains that function).

Having the same error as above on "Home" page and all pages under the "Topic" heading. (Fatal error: Call to undefined function COM_getLangSql() in /usr/local/geeklog/plugins/staticpages/functions.inc on line 488). Other pages work.

Any suggestions for a fix please?

Got it fixed. Took awhile to have Dirk's message sink in. . . . about an updated lib-common.php file. Just copied the new downloaded file (1.4.1 ) back into the existing directory /var/www/html/geeklog (made the custom changes) and error message disappeared. However, now getting an SQL error has occurred, so I'm digging into that one now.
