This just started.

When I log in as admin on my admin login page
it redirects to index.php

I tried reuploading the two files mentioned in a previous post
but it's still not working.

This happens AFTER I log in.

Is it more than 1 domain on that site? Anything special? Clear cookies.

I tried that and I also tried reuploading the files that deal with logins, and nothing worked, so I just deleted the whole thing and got a different one.

Also when I tried to log in here I got a message about a spam blocker so I assumed I'd been blocked for some reason.

I`ve had cases like that when I gave the wrong index page in the config.php: $_CONF['site_url']

Please supply some more information and a link to your site.

Well, it is always good to compare. I am also running several blog and small CMS software. Look what is best for your needs!
