Stories and Static Pages Not Showing Up

Hello, I do not know what I've done but I had to replace my config.php due to messing it up and now when I try to view stories or static pages via direct link I get the error "No input file specified." I can try to update my file back to the proper one once I get home I just would like to know why all of the sudden this would stop working?

Did you disable url_rewrite and had it on before?

I just loaded my old config.php and that fixed the error.

I'm having a similar problem. I recently gave a member Static Page Admin rights, but now for some reason I can't edit any static pages I previously made and I don't have a link to mysite.com/public_html/staticpages/index.php in the Admin's only block - even when I'm logged in as the Admin. When I go there i get this message:

Access to this page is denied. Either the page has been moved/removed or you do not have sufficient permissions.
 
Banging your head

The Static Page Admin box is checked for Admin and my username. What do I need to change to make this work again?
