after phpbb bridge update, having issues

did just like the readme files says to do.
Cannot redeclare cb_getconfig() (previously declared in /home/puro/public_html/chatterblock/cb_main.php:29) in /home/puro/public_html/chatterblock/cb_main.php on line 28
this is what the error log is saying:
Someone has tried to illegally access the phpBBBridge install/uninstall page. User id: , Username: ,
sat 08 jul 2006 00:51:34 EDT - Upgrading the phpBBBridge plugin
unable to access the phpbb admin section.
