Will spam x prevent chatterblock spam?

I have asked several questions and not getting an answer, can someone please tell me if spam x works to prevent chatterblock spam? or is there something that does? I have someone who registered just to spam the chatterblock, lol

The Chatterblock could use Spam-X, but I don't think it currently does ...
