Include function problem

I did a modification on leftblocks.thtml to include a random banner code:
I didn't use blocks cause i don't want "title" of block. It works great on main page and articles pages, but i get this error on administrator pages:
Warning: (null)(): Failed opening '' for inclusion (include_path='/home/comedia/public_html/system/pear/:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/comedia/public_html/lib-common.php(1075) : eval()'d code on line 222
Any idea how to fix it?
