Are thees two related in any ways?
I was trying to expand admin at zClassifed & somebody suggested i try Geeks.

What's the real story?

There's a plugin that integrates zClassifieds into Geeklog (try a search). Other than that, there's no relation between the two.

Does it mean that instead of using zClassified primitive admin I can use Geekllog's admin?

It means that zclassifieds plugs into the geeklog infrastructure so the two tools play nice together improving the capability of both tools.
