where is the code for autolinks

I just wanted to ask, where are autotags and autolinks inplemented, in gl code I mean. I want to make them work for some other plugins, and need to take a look at it. Filename and maybe functions' names wuold be great. Thanks

All the plugin API is implemented in system/lib-plugins.php
