Error during install

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'path/to/cgi-bin/' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /path/to/lib-common.php on line 69

 


I'm getting the above error on a new install. I've removed the correct path and replaced it with '/path/to/' just for security. If it's important to see the actually paths I can send them privately.

I did have to work through some database access issues, but that seems to have been resolved, and when I checked the database it showed 44 tables created and lots of good default data. But this is what I got instead of a successful install message.

Thoughts?

Line 69 in lib-common.php should end with "config.php", i.e. point to that file, not the directory it's in.
