In article.php find (at the end) the line:
Text Formatted Code

        $display .= COM_siteFooter ();

write true in brackets

        $display .= COM_siteFooter (true);

There's also a config option for this now:
Text Formatted Code
// Set the default whether to display the right-side blocks (= true) or not
// (= false). In the default configuration, Geeklog will only display the
// right-side blocks on the index page. Please note that setting this to true
// will reduce the amount of space available for the actual page content,
// especially for users with narrow browser windows.
// May require theme changes in article/article.thtml (depending on the theme
// used) to avoid the What's Related and Story Options "blocks" showing up in
// an extra (fourth) column.
$_CONF['show_right_blocks'] = false;

bye, Dirk

I have recently had problems with my blocks disappearing in 1.4.0 installation. My problem started when I was in phpMyAdmin and erased the Anonymous user from my gl_users database. I want to restore my user database from a backed up version anyway, but I am afraid because I can't get my right blocks to show and some of my blocks aren't showing anymore. What would be a good solution for this problem?
