News Block in Centre

How can you put the News Block in the centre of the front page ?,
So that News is the first thing people see ?

Wrap it into a staticpage, check the Centerblock option, choose position and topic. Save it and you're done.

Thanks and how do I get say a google RSS news feed into that Block ?, maybe with approval or denial of certain stories ?
