Error after changing something...

Don't know exactly what i changed, and I thought I did everything right. I was working on adding a new block, referrals, and it shows this now on every page:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/joez/public_html/collegetampa/lib-common.php on line 4694

Help please!
