Message at bottom of install check

My installation check passed all permimssions issues but I received this message at the bottom of the Page....SHould I care and continue the install?

Sounds like an odd setting of webserver / PHP permissions. The check script creates a few temporary files to see if it can write to those directories. Seems it was able to do that, but then couldn't delete them again.
This may cause problems elsewhere, e.g. with image uploads and some plugins. Try talking to your hosting service. Maybe you'll have to set special permissions or they can tune something on their end.
