encoding of a feed

Hi. I need to have some feeds from different sites on my Gl 1.4.0, but they appear to be in different encoding then my site itself (its cyrillic). Can I make those feeds show up in different encoding (i.e windows-1251) then they are exported (it's utf-8 )?

Geeklog doesn't do any conversion of character sets, so you should choose the character set in which the stories were written in.
