OS_Slapd theme with PHP Block Options

When I installed the OS_Slapd theme my right-side blocks that I have in lib-custom do not work right. They seem to be "under" the block.
I made a screen shot of the section that I am talking about.
If you look at the "Total Registered Users" block, you'll see what I mean.
