minor: after batch upload, user.php

After I do a successful Batch Import of Users, the page's title says "Error". This doesn't effect anything functionally, so I'm sure it's a low priority bug. This is what happens even though geeklog reports "Done processing. Imported 2 and encountered 0 failures"
