HBlogger and Geeklog?

A friend wants to contribute to a Geeklog-based site on a regular basis, but he wants to do it via his Treo using HBlogger. (www.normsoft.com/hblogger/).

What can I tell him? Is this something that can be done? With how much difficulty?
I have no idea what I'm doing.
