What file do I have to edit in order to change the links across the top of the site? (i.e Contribute, Support, Downloads, Forum, Web Resources, etc.)
Also, is there a way to add clickable HTML in the code for a member's signature? Such as a URL or email address that one could click on?

How do I change the menu?

Not without modifying the code. Geeklog strips all HTML from the signature (somewhere in usersettings.php).
