Hello all,

Thought I had done this before, but I am trying to add to my menu by hard coding the link as explained below

If you want to add you own entries to the menu, either use the method described above or simply hard-code them in header.thtml near {menu_elements} or {plg_menu_elements}.

I am using the clean theme and this is what I have done, but it did not create a link at the top. This is from line 67 of my header.thtml

{menu_elements}Photographs

Is there something that I missed?

Thanks

Sorry all,

The photograph link should have read

Text Formatted Code
                                <td colspan="2" valign="bottom" bgcolor="#242e55"><img src="{layout_url}/theme-images/pixel.gif" height="20" width="8" align="absmiddle" border="0" alt="">{menu_elements}<a href="http://www.adeseyeogunlewe.com/gallery">Photographs</a></td>

What do you mean by "it did not create a link"? What did it do instead?

It obviously did create a link here (in your first post), so the HTML is correct. Make sure you closed any HTML tags before that one.

bye, Dirk
