Strange behavior with GL_Gallery2 plug in

Ok, so I have the plugin working fine for the most part. But here is the deal i am running into.
Anonymous users can see the random block, my admin account can see the random & gallery2 block ok. But when a new user logs in, neither block shows up.

The block access rights have group assigned to all users and all permissions are checked.

Hey, I have the same issue. What I found out is that the random block reappears after the user logs in again for the second time. I would love to have this bug worked out if anyone has a solution. Hope that helps a little bit.
