I'm a developer and ever since I've been programming for web, I've always built my own custom solutions. Recently though, I had a task to get a site up and I figured I'd give a look into a pre-built cms. Every cms I looked at previously had too much crap built into it. After I stumbled upon this, I didn't look back.
For those of you familiar with linux, Geeklog to me seems to be the Slackware of the CMS world. It is secure and has exactly what you need, and nothing more.
I just wanted to say thank you to the developers. Since I am now using it, I am going to try and help out with some development if possible. I look forward to helping out![Smile Smile](http://www.geeklog.net/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif)
Thanks Again,
Roy

WHAT WE REALLY NEED is a calendar that can do recurring events like : once every other Thursday until Jan. 5th 2009.
