SQL error #1064 when creating a new block

Hi, when i try to add a new block from admin panel, i get the sql error (you have an error in your syntax...etc)
Meanwhile, when i edit an existing block, it works fine!
Anyone has an idea??

ps: i've double-checked the syntax of the query...

the latest 1.4 beta 1
I tried with the latest stable (1.3) and it worked fine...
maybe it's a bug..

Yes, it's a bug and has already been discussed in the 1.4.0b1 bugs thread.
