I tried inserting the align HTML code into config but it just won't work. I got IMG SRC to work, but I just can't figure this one out. If someone could post the correct way to do it, I'd appreciate it.

"align" is an attribute, so you'll have to add it to every HTML tag where it should be allowed:
(for the 'p' tag, it's actually already allowed for use by admins but not by normal users)
