Issues in URL Encoding in comment replies

Has anyone else seen this issue? I have a post with a "#" symbol in the title. People can leave comments, but if anyone tries to reply a specific comment, the link isn't properly encoded and the "#" stays in the URL. With the "#" symbol in the link it breaks the link and shoots you back to the home page. Anyone else seen this and/or resolved this issue (w/o removing the "#")?
