is there a way to create an automatic links?

I would like to have a list of words and links (eg. Apple > http://www.apple.com ) and if I make a new article with the word "Apple" inside, Geeklog automatically create the linked site...

Is it difficult to do this?

Sound like some sort of Wiki engine ...

How about using autotags? This could be done as a plugin, while your original idea would require changes in Geeklog's core code.
