Forum Menu Kicks out normal blocks

When you go to forum, your normal blocks disappear and Forum Menu shows up. If you need a sample, check out PortalParts.com, and when you go to forum, the "Daily Dilbert" disappears! Maybe Dilbert doesn't wants to join the forum, but the normal block I have has some menu links on it that must not be turned off.
Anyone have come accross the same problem, or have any solutions?
