login block

I need help... again...

i turned off somewhere block for login, can somebody help me telling me in what file is it and whats the name of function?

The User Functions block is the same as the login block, as long as the user is not logged in.

yes, but i disabled it somewhere and now i dont see this block, and its not in admin section -> blocks.

You should still see a "User Functions" block in the Admin's list of blocks. It's a block of type "gldefault" - those can not be deleted, unless you delete it directly in the database.
