1.3.12 comment "ambiguous" error

1.3.12cvs is up and running. There's the issue with the Admin menu, but other wise, it all seems to be working well. The editor is sweet.
One other issue is replying to comments. The first comment to an article goes fine, you can post it and read it and reply to it. Trying to read that second comment results in;
Is this my error or GL? This happens logged in or not logged in, with login required and not required, admin or regular user.
