why can i search my site with my google search

At the bottom of my site i have a google search bar and if i select to search for a phrase thru my site i do not get any results

is there something wrong with my site?

Because you filled out the Google form wrong, specifically the box for "Enter up to three domains for SiteSearch. Separate multiple domains with a semi-colon."
