Why is my story text in bold char?

You have a stray tag located right after the first story. Since there isn't a closing tag, everything from that line on appears bold.

You have a stray STRONG html tag located right after the first story. Since there isn't a closing STRONG tag, everything from that line on appears bold.

you have to edit the story named "Some Nutritional Recomendations".
look for the opening strong tag after the intro paragraph. It is not closed and sits just at the beginning of the table that follows your intro paragraph.
