I can't seem to find my lib-custom.php file and as I understand it, the /path/to/geeklog/lib-custom.php is pointing to direct files on a server. I don't know if I have direct access to those files or not as I use ftp and frontpage to upload files to my domain and I use cPanel to manage my domain. Geeklog was offered through my host with an auto-install script so I did not need to locate paths and what not.

Can I reach the lib-custom.php file from my domain? I'm anxious to install some phpblocks such as the Who's New block but I'm worried that I won't be able to.

It's /path/to/geeklog/system/lib-custom.php

There's a "system" directory in the same directory where your config.php resides. lib-custom.php is in that system directory.
