Upgrade from 1.3.9 to 1.3.11

1146: Table 'greens.gl_syndication' doesn't exist

I am stuck here, and I'm not sure what it's saying. Should I create this table or do I have an error in a config file somewhere?

that table should exist if you have 1.3.9 installed. it was introduced in 1.3.9 AFAICS. Are you sure you are not running 1.3.8 and chose 1.3.9 mistakenly?
