I keep having a problum trying to downlode the blacklist.
I get Error: No entries found.

And on the top of the site I see.

My guess is that your php install does not have fopen wrappers enabled. This setting (allow_url_fopen) can only be set in php.ini. If it is a version before prior to 4.0.3 then it can only be enabled by recompiling php.
