Well done Scurvy! Yet another site from the Dawg!

I know you said it's not done yet, but here's a couple of comments:

1) I don't see 'FASD' defined anywhere... [or if it is, it isn't prominent]
2) Too many links at the top - some duplicated in the nice header [E.G. Calendar, Files, Search]. I would get rid of that top row of links.
3) 'AGM Subcommittee Report's all have topic 'Donations'
4) icons for topics
