LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE

After a fresh install of 1.3.11 all appeared to be working till some tried to comment to a story or poll. When you comment you get "An SQL error has occured. Please see error.log for details."

The error log has the following line in it.

Sun Apr 24 19:20:34 2005 - 1044: Access denied for user: 'ohyc1901@localhost' to database 'ohyc1901_p_nu1'. SQL in question: LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE


I get this error even as Admin.

Any suggestions?
