True Blue theme?

After going through the demo's theme tester, I wanted to play around with the True Blue theme. Problem is... I can't find where to download it anywhere. I've tried Squatty, axonz, Geeklog... I guess it never got upgraded past 1.3.6 officially, and no one seems to be housing older themes.
Does anyone know where I can find this theme? I don't mind upgrading it myself. I just can't seem to find any copy at all.
