I have the new forum posts block working in the past and now it won't work?

I have the bock enabled on the homepage only and for anonymous only to see. It shows up in the admin screen but not in the anonymous screen. Why is this? The centre block when enabled to homepage only shows up on all pages (members and anonymous) but the php block won't show up on the anonymous screen any more.

I am sorry for not getting back sooner than this. I found that I had to delete the orinal block for new forum posts, and recreate a new one. That is why you can see it under the weather now.
