Javascript Scroller in a block

Anyone been successful developing a Javascript Scroller in a block? I have the javascript, turned on the script tag in config.php, but my attempts from there have all failed.

If you're talking about a "normal" block, then you can enter all HTML there anyway, so no need to add the script tag.

Yeah. I tried with and without the script tag

If anyone is interested, I will post the javascript code in the BLOCKS forum so that you might point me in the right direction for causing it to scroll within a block.
