Who's New Block Question

I've done a search for the Who's New Block, but I couldn't find the answer to my question.

I'd like for the block to not show up if there aren't any new members within the time frame I've set for the block to display the new members. Is that possible?

A PHP block is not displayed when it returns an empty string. So change the function accordingly ...
