When I log in to my site as admin, I have the option when submitting a story to upload images. I want my users to have this same option, but I can't find where I can turn this on for them. I checked the config.php and cannot find anything related to this.
How can I go about doing this?

Also...can I also give the user the 'Into' and 'Body' textbox areas like my admins do? Currently the user only has the one block to type in...Is it possible to have it function more like it does for the admins?

Have a look here if you want this feature for standard contributions.

Alternatively, if you give your users Story Admin and Topic Admin they do get the body / intro areas and the possibility of adding images.
