Header Links Plugin

I think someone should make a Header Links Plugin. In the picture I linked to below I circled some links. It may be located somewhere else on another template but, it is there somewhere.

I think it would be a good idea to make a plugin for the geeklog administration panel that allows you to edit where these links go to and what there name is.
It should allow you to add or delete them as well.

There is one and it does a lot more then just manage your site header links.
Have a look at glMenu. It's used on mysite and something new is that I now have it generating menu's for my site links and file downloads which includes an icon to show the filetype in the menuitem.
