confused about where to upload......

well guys i should know better than to ask this newbish question but....
here i go..
ok i unpacked the file and the geeklogfolder, and it has the folders logs, sql, plugins ECT.....
and public html
do i jsut uplaod the public html to my servers public html
srry so confused atm D=
