lib-common missing from 11?

confused
I am confused. I have been trying to install Geeklog through Fantastico and my server company, however it won't work so I tried to install it manually. What I am confused about is... I have tried to install 1.3.11, but it doesn't have lib-common in the tar.gz file.

Does this mean I need to install 1.3.10 before 1.3.11?

I can ensure you that the lib-common.php is included in the tarball.

What were you using to extract the tarball?
