That's tricky, because so many tables are dependent on each other.

What exactly is that you want to do?

I am trying to setup Juicedome.com, and the parameters are all wrong so I thought I would do a new install and start from there

"the parameters are all wrong"...if these are "config" type parms, they are stored in files & your users are stored in the database.

Which means you could do a "fresh install" except treat it as an update to a new version, if you're going to 1.3.11 then it'll ask you what your old version was, and do appropriate DB changes.

Which means you get a fresh install with all the old users, articles, etc intact.
