Projects error

Install went ok no errors. After submitting a new project I get this error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_strcut() in C:Geekloggeeklog-1.3.11public_htmlprojectsindex.php on line 64

Any ideas?

Functions starting with mb_ are onyl available if your PHP install has support for the multi-byte functions built in. Looks like yours doesn't ...
